How to play FoxiMax

FoxiMax is a word puzzle that grows when you miss. Each letter you choose appears everywhere it belongs, but a wrong letter adds another word to solve.

1. Choose a letter using the keyboard or the buttons on screen.
2. A correct letter appears in every matching space. A miss uses one chance and adds a word.
3. Reveal all the words before your misses run out. Previously chosen letters also appear in newly added words.

Choose your challenge

Easy starts with one word and allows 10 misses. Medium starts with one word and allows 8 misses. Hard starts with two words and allows 6 misses.

A tip to get started

Look across the whole board before choosing a letter. A common letter that fits several words can reveal more than a letter that helps only one.

Do I have to guess each word separately?

No. You choose letters, and each choice applies to every word on the board. Your goal is to uncover the entire board.
